Q: Do you service my area?
A: We currently offer onsite computer repair & service in the East Bay Area - San Francisco, San Jose, and Sacramento.
Q: Do you offer same day service?
A: In most cases, we can have our techs onsite within 4 hours with extra charge.
Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes we provide warranty of our work for 30days. If the same problem occurs within 30 days of our service, we will come back and fix it for no additional charge.
Q: Can I drop my computer off at a local office?
A: Our services are for on-site computer repair & service. We will soon be offering remote computer repair.
Q: Do you service homes and businesses?
A: Yes, we service residential and business customers that are having computer or network issues.
Q: Can I call and make an appointment other than doing it online?

A: Yes. Our technicians are certified to work on PCs and Macs.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge a flat rate service of $99 per Computer.
Q: I am having a problem that isn't listed in your services.
Can you still help me?
A: As long as your problem is a technology related issue, we should be able to help you with it.
Q: What happens if the technician cannot fix my problem?
A: In almost all cases our technicians will be able to fix the problem you are having. Sometimes however, it is more cost effective to replace your equipment than to repair it. If this is the case, our technicians will recommend what is best for you, and then you can decide how to proceed. If for some reason you have a problem that we can't fix, you will not be charged for any services.
Q: Are parts included in your service charge?
A: No. You will need to provide any parts that are needed for repairs, and our technician will come back to finish the job at no additional charge to you.
